After 4 months of intensive engineering, inspections, repairs, replacements, certifications, preparation of procedures, recruitment and training Wasco has handed over the first stage of the Kincora Gas Plant to Armour Energy for operation and sales gas. The Kincora facility will begin to export natural gas to market via the Kincora Gas Pipeline from the end of September at the target rate. Work will continue at the field to bring in raw gas for processing with a target later in the year to begin production of LPG and increased natural gas exports.
